Water Treatment Equipment

Advanced Filtration and Separation Systems for Industrial Applications

Precision-Engineered Separation Systems

The efficiency of any water treatment plant relies heavily on the quality of its mechanical equipment. Our range of advanced filtration and separation hardware is designed to handle high-volume industrial loads, ensuring the reliable removal of suspended solids, oils, and contaminants with minimal operational downtime.

Industrial Grade Hardware

Sand / Dual Media Filter

Multi-layered filtration units for removing fine suspended solids after primary clarification.

Plate Settlers

Inclined plate technology for high-rate clarification in a compact footprint.

DAF Systems

Advanced Dissolved Air Flotation for removing oil, grease, and light organic flocs.

AVGF

Auto Valve-less Gravity Filters for maintenance-free, pump-less filtration cycles.

Drum Scraper (VFD)

Energy-efficient solids removal using rotating drum screens with variable speed control.

Technical Specifications

Filtration Layers:

Our Dual Media filters utilize Anthracite for organic removal and Fine Sand for polish filtration, supported by a gravel underdrain system.

Purpose:
  • High-efficiency removal of suspended solids
  • Removal of oil and organic traces (Anthracite)
  • Final polishing of treated wastewater

Working Principle:
  1. Water enters from the bottom distribution zone.
  2. Flows upward through inclined plates.
  3. Particles settle on plate surfaces and slide down.
  4. Clarified water exits from the top collection troughs.
Key Advantages:
  • Saves up to 80% space vs. conventional clarifiers
  • Easy retrofit into existing tanks
  • Handles high flow fluctuations

DAF is the preferred method for wastewater containing high levels of fat, oil, grease (FOG), and light flocs that are difficult to settle.

System Components:

Flocculation Tank, Pressure Vessel (Air Saturation), DAF Tank, and Mechanical Skimmer.

Process Advantage:

Extremely fast process compared to settling; results in much drier sludge for disposal.

The Siphon Advantage:

The AVGF operates entirely on head loss. When the media becomes clogged, a siphon is automatically triggered to backwash the filter—no pumps, valves, or manual intervention required.

  • Fully automatic operation
  • Zero moving parts to wear out
  • Continuous, 24/7 industrial performance

Smart Solid Removal:

Integrated with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), the drum rotation speed adjusts based on influent solid load, significantly reducing power consumption.

  • Energy-efficient motor control
  • Automated scraper for continuous cleaning
  • Optimized for textile, paper, and food processing waste
